A fresh graduate looking for some advice

I'm now in the market as a young professional fresh out of school. The dream was always of course to build my construction empire some day but thats way too far ahead lol. Its been a debate in my head to go for bigger companies as it offers more opportunities and a wider range of work where I can learn more and fast or to start small and focus on baby steps for a more focused foundation? Any advice would be a gem.

When you're ready for bigger challenges down the line, you can always move on to larger companies and more varied projects. if you want experience as a stepping stone, a small company would be just fine for a few years. be the best in your job, and you'll get to a bigger company in no time
