tips needed on wall panels

I saw some photos of a wall panel and they look really nice! Their pin/dog panel looks sturdy too. Curious to how do you make the wall panels to be strong and appear straighter?

It's great that you are looking into high-performance concrete panels. Before getting into the technical details, could you clarify whether your project involves a precast setup where the panels are made off-site, or a cast-in-place wall system constructed on-site? The methodology for achieving rigidity and precision varies quite a bit between these two applications.

For ultimate strength, consider a concrete mix design with a very low water-to-cement ratio, which may require the use of a superplasticizer admixture to maintain workability. Reinforcement is absolutely critical, so consider using engineered welded wire fabric or even adding steel fibers directly into the mix for incredible tensile strength and crack control. To get perfectly straight panels, the answer is in the formwork; using high-quality steel forms or high-density overlay plywood is essential to resist the immense pressure of the concrete pour without bowing. The best professional crews use laser alignment to ensure the forms are perfectly true before any concrete is introduced.
 
When I helped pour panels for a shed build, we used a good mix design with fiber reinforcement and made sure the forms were level and tight. Vibrating the concrete really helped reduce air pockets and made the surface smoother. Rebar placement and curing time also made a big difference in keeping everything straight and strong.
