I've been involved mostly with standard reinforced wall systems, but lately I'm seeing more specs calling for tensioned concrete walls on commercial builds particularly for parking structures and high retaining applications. I get the theory behind it (pre or post tensioned to control cracking and reduce wall thickness), but do they really hold up that long
