Concrete tensioned walls

I've been involved mostly with standard reinforced wall systems, but lately I'm seeing more specs calling for tensioned concrete walls on commercial builds particularly for parking structures and high retaining applications. I get the theory behind it (pre or post tensioned to control cracking and reduce wall thickness), but do they really hold up that long

For anyone who has worked hands on with tensioned wall installs, how was the process compared to traditional rebar walls? and also about maintenance

Coz I'm thinking about adding this to our scope but want to hear from folks actually pouring and stressing these day to day.

Tensioned walls hold up well long-term if done right and I believe the installation's more technical than rebar, it requires precision and coordination

We've done a few post tensioned walls on parking decks and yeah, they're good to go even in the long run given you do them well though

They do hold up really well and are practically almost no maintenance, just some inspections. One thing you do have to note is that you'll need the proper equipment and traiing for these, you don't want to improvise something like this
