Need help on this project I have right now.
I'm pouring a new concrete slab and it will be connected to a slab that's already been there. I'm subcontracting the finishing but I'll be the one grading the area using skid steer, form the slab, too, then pour the concrete spanning around 5 yards sooo long. Now I will need to rent a concrete pump, and then rent skid steer, then my finisher costs like $550. My estimate for the cost is around $3000 maybe even more! Is this price ok for Seattle area? Or is this SO EXPENSIVE for a 5-yard? Help appreciated.
