Concrete dilemma

I'm planning a slab foundation for my upcoming barndo, but there's an old railcar bridge to cross. The concrete company's hesitant, despite others hauling 50,000 lbs over it, I am thinking 3-yard trips (40,000 lbs max) or pumping from nearby. I'll need footings regardless but is signing off on liability worth it, or are there alternatives?

I think if the concrete company is hesitant and pushign for this liability waiver, that bridge is alreadt screaming danger to me. If no one's really sure how strong that bridge is, I think pumping from nearby might be the safer call even if it costs a bit more. it's for everyone's peace of mind.

Whenever someone asks you to sign a liability waver, you should know that there's a potentil for a problem, so I'd work around it. Smaller batches is one option, but the preferred one would be to pump from a more stable area if possible. Better safe than sorry if you ask me.
