Just joined up and have been going through the posts, its been really encouraging to see so many people here open to sharing real and insightful experience. There's plenty of work out there, and it's good to see a community that believes in helping each other out.
Anyway, I'm currently trying to get a feel for the average rate per square foot for concrete placing and finishing across the Midwest. wanna have ban idea on what you all are seeing on residential jobs in particular, but any insight is welcome. Thanks in advance.

Midwest residential rates, I've been seeing anywhere from $6 to $10 per sq ft depending on the scope, for flatwork like patios or driveways staying closer to the $6 to $7 range if it's basic broom finish, but if you're doing stamped or exposed aggregate, it can push $9 to $10 easy. My thoughts all through

This is pretty accurate in my opinion, though it still depends on the job. Its always good to get a few local quotes to compare. What kind of projects are you looking at?
