Making a concrete septic cover

has anyone tried making a septic cover? doing this for my mother in law's old house, u know to get extra points.
but seriously is this possible to make this without using big machines? thinking of making 2 big rectangles with handles on it. will this work?

I did a 2x2 round solid concrete cover. That too small for you? That's just me I guess. You could also try a cast iron cover and it costs around #150.
