So I hired a subcontractor to pour the concrete around a spec house but I'm pissed! I wish I just did it on my own but I ain't got the time it's hell week at work. It was suboptimal... There's litterally a low spot in front of my garage! That doesn't work my under chassis is quite positioned low so. I'm worried for the scratch this thing could bring to my car BMW lol. Anyway, he came after to do a saw cut in the concrete to simply help direct the water away. But in case this is bull, do you guys have any alternative solution to avoid replacing the concrete or?

If you're trying to avoid replacing the concrete, a saw cut could help, but you might want to consider adding a concrete ramp or leveling the low spot with some self leveling compound, then you have to direct water away from your garage so you could also build a small berm or use some landscaping gravel , just make sure water is flowing away from that low spot to avoid further issues.
