Which sealant should I avail?

The setup: I have a business on old cars restoration (the vintage sorts) and I will do it in my old garage. I'll finish the floor with something smooth. So, what's the sealant that can help me achieve this? I need something that's durable so I don't have to reapply and also resistant to oil and stain. Basically something that won't mark on the floor since this is quite a "dirty" job. I was recommended to do Epoxy by a neighbor but I am looking at Vseal, Ultrapel etc. thinking these are a better option?

Epoxy is a great choice for your garage. It's durable, oil-resistant, and easy to clean, making it ideal for a restoration space. vseal and ultrapel are good alternatives, but they're usually thinner and might not hold up as well in a high traffic, "dirty" environment. If you're okay with a little DIY, go for epoxy; if not, the other options are easier but still effective.

Do you need faster cure time? If you wouldn't mind spending the extra bucks for something much more flexible and even UV resistant, suggest you get polyaspartic instead.
