Tinted concrete stain, that's what you need to use if you don't want to peel it off. Paints are prone to peeling since the concrete breathes and release moisture. Behr premium semi-transparent concrete stain is probably the best on the market, but you can also look for Valspar semi-transparent concrete stain. And of course, good prep is the key.

They said everything already about the cleaning and what you need to do to prep. So I'm just gonna suggest paint options. The ones said by @ConcreteJungle are all okay but you might also wanna look at Rust-Oleum EpoxyShield. Then add top coat using concrete sealer. It's highly suggested

I've also tried concrete dye and it works well combined with a sealer. The most important thing is to make sure you let it dry well, couple of days to make sure it's perfect and doesn't wash away or peel

preparation is key when it comes to concrete. You'll definitely want to clean it thoroughly and maybe even etch it a bit to help the paint adhere better. Using a high-quality concrete epoxy or driveway paint designed for heavy traffic is really important. I'm curious though, what did you decide to go with?
